The above results have been reviewed by the Auditors and taken on record by |

The quarter ended 31st March, 2007 is the first quarter during which the Company |

has restructured itself to auto-component making Company. As such full benefits |
| |
|
of the new business are not reflected in the above results, however in the coming |
| |
|
quarters, the Directors expect improved results arising from larger volumes |
| |
|
of auto-component business. |
